Frequently Asked Questions

1. What services do you provide?

I specialize in global real estate consulting, property management, and international networking. My services include short-term and long-term rental strategies, eviction management, owner finance guidance, global real estate education (including CIPS courses), and connecting U.S. agents with international markets.

2. Do I need to own property to generate income through real estate?

Not necessarily. I teach strategies that allow professionals to build income streams from property management, short-term rentals, utilities, referral networks, and international partnerships — even without property ownership.

3. What makes you different from other property managers or consultants?

With over 14 years of real estate experience, I combine practical property management expertise with global real estate leadership. I’ve served as Global Advisory Group Chair (HAR), Global Committee Vice Chair (Texas Realtors), and am a CIPS Instructor with NAR. My approach is hands-on, transparent, and focused on maximizing income opportunities locally and internationally.

4. Do you handle the entire eviction process?

Yes. I personally oversee the entire eviction process from start to finish — beginning with posting the initial notice, filing with the court, attending hearings, and following through to the final writ of possession. This ensures that every step is handled correctly and efficiently, protecting landlords from costly mistakes.

5. Do you work only in Houston, Texas?

While based in Houston, my work is global. I regularly collaborate with real estate professionals in Mexico (through AMPI), Germany (as a member of IVD), and across the U.S. I also provide consulting and training virtually, making my services accessible worldwide.

6. Are your courses accredited for continuing education (CE)?

Some courses, like the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) program, are officially accredited through the National Association of Realtors®. I am also developing new programs, such as Short-Term Rental & Property Management Income Streams without Ownership, which will soon be submitted for CE credit.

7. Who do you typically work with?

My clients range from individual property owners and investors to real estate agents seeking global certifications, as well as international organizations looking to expand cross-border opportunities.

8. Do you offer services outside real estate?

Yes. In addition to real estate, I also offer Business English coaching for foreign professionals. No matter where you are in the world, I help you refine your communication skills to succeed in international business settings, negotiations, and networking.

9. How do I schedule a consultation?

You can schedule a complimentary 30-minute introduction via my website. From there, we’ll tailor a plan — whether it’s property management, consulting, global education, or language coaching — to meet your specific goals.
